About Andrew Blundell Property Maintenance

I have lived in Falmouth most of my life. Throughout my life I’ve always had a love for property maintenance and took pride in presenting my home to a high standard. I owned my first house at the age of twenty-one and over the years I took that love of property maintenance and turned it in to a business.

​About twenty-one years ago I decided to start my own business in property maintenance, and have successfully run my business with hundreds of satisfied customers, primarily in Falmouth and Penryn.

Over the last thirty years I have obtained an ability to undertake a vast quantity of building skills of which has been beneficial for me and the customer. Should you require a quote from myself it will list in detail all the work I will undertake for you.

​I’ve been fortunate to have built a very large customer base and long working relationship with my customers. If you haven’t been recommended by one of them, I’m sure I will be able to obtain references and viewings of my work.
